Central Coast Business Womens Awards 2009
We are proud and excited to release the 2009 Central Coast Women in Business Awards Nomination Form including categories for the Awards.
This Awards program is open to any woman on the Central Coast who is in business or a related industry. Please send to any woman you think was be interested and please feel free to nominate yourself as this is encouraged.
The process for the Awards is to first be nominated we will then send you an application form to complete for the judging panel. Nominations close on Friday 18th September with Applications closing on Friday 25th September.
The top 3 finalist will be announced on Wednesday 30th September and the Awards are being held at Kooindah Waters on Saturday 10th October from 6.30pm. Everyone is welcome to the Awards Evening to support Women in Business and celebrate their achievements. Tickets will be available shortly to reserve your space please email amber@businesswomenconnect.com.au as seating will be limited. An official invitation will follow shortly.

Women in Business Awards Categories
Vive Accounting Young Achiever Award - Entrants must be under to 30 years of age.
Employee Disability Award - Entrants must have a recognised physical or mental disability.
Apprentice/Trainee of the Year Award - Entrants must be undertaking an apprenticeship or traineeship in 2009.
Sole Trader Award- Entrant must currently operate as a sole trader.
Small Business Company Awaard - Entrant must own a company of 1-5 employees.
Medium Company Award - Entrant must own a company of 6-20 employees.
Large Company Award - Entrant must own a company of 20 plus employees.
Women in Manufacturing Award - Entrant must own a company operating in the manufacturing industry.
Women in Community Award - Entrant must operate a community organisation or operate a business in a community service field.
Gosford City Council and Wyong Shire Council Women in Local Government Award - Entrant must work for Gosford City Council or Wyong Shire Council in a senior management role or as a Councillor.
Women in Health Award – Entrants must own a health related service business or be in a senior management position in a government health related department.
Women in Tourism Award – Entrants must own a tourism related business.
Kooindah Waters Innovative Women Award – Entrants must own a business and demonstrate their use of innovation within their business.
Indigenous Business Award – Entrants must own a business and be of indigenous background.
Life Time Achievement Award - Entrants must have owned a business on the Central Coast for a minimum of twenty years to be considered for this category.
Central Coast Business Women of the Year Award – The Winners of all of the above categories with the exception of Catergories 1, 2, 3 or 15 will go directly into the judging for the Central Coast Business Woman of the Year 2009.
